About Our Livestock

We raise cattle, hogs and chickens on our farm in Johnson County, Missouri. During their time here on our farm, our livestock live their best life. We provide high quality care and believe in working hard and taking no short cuts.

GRASS FED GRASS FINISHED BEEF

We raise small framed cattle with docile demeanors that produce lean and high quality meat. We do not use any grain, corn, antibiotics or growth hormones. We strictly provide fresh pasture daily, water and minerals. Our cattle spend their entire lives on lush pasture and are moved to fresh pasture on a regular basis. 

Our grass fed, grass finished beef is processed at a USDA inspected facility and can be purchased as specility cuts or havles and wholes.

PASTURE RAISED CHICKENS

We raise meat chickens and a flock of brown laying hens.

Our laying hens are free range and our meat chickens are rotated through the pasture where they forage for a variety of insects and grubs. We provide our meat chickens a new section of pasture each day to increase the quality of the meat and utilize their natural fertilizer to improve our pastures.

Along with their pasture diet, we provide an all natural, non-gmo feed and fresh water.

Our chickens are processed and packaged at a USDA inspected facility.

Our hand collected and hand washed farm fresh eggs are available for local pick up and local delivery.

PASTURE RAISED PORK

Our hogs spend their time running through the trees, laying under shade trees, taking mud baths and tillilng the land with their snouts. We rotate them through a combination of pasture and wooded areas on our farm.

Our hogs are known for their friendliness and produce a flavorful and tender meat. Our hogs are fed an all natural, non-gmo feed along with all the foraging opportunites in their pasture.

All of our pork is free of antibiotics and growth hormones and is processsed at a USDA inspected facility.
