This deposit is for a beef that is grass fed, grain finished and free of antibiotics and hormones. We take pride in providing a high quality product to our customers and ensuring we have transparency and accountability in our farming practices. This is an opportunity to know exactly where and how your food was raised.
The price is $4.50/lb on the hanging weight plus processing (paid directly to the processor). To reserve your share you can place a deposit through our website.
Once processed we will email you an invoice based on the hanging weight of your beef minus your deposit amount.
You will then work directly with Kaleb to select how you want your beef cut and packaged. He will call you to make your selections. Once your beef is ready for pick up - about 2ish weeks after your processing date, The Bruce Farm will pick up your packaged beef and arrange for delivery to your door.
Payment for the remaining balance to The Bruce Farm is due at pick up in cash or by check.
