Our beef is grass fed, grass finished and free of antibiotics and hormones. We take pride in providing a high quality product to our customers and ensuring we have transparency and accountability in our farming practices. This is an opportunity to know exactly where and how your food was raised.
The price is $4.50/lb on the hanging weight plus processing (paid directly to the processor). To reserve your share you can place a deposit through our website.
Once processed we will email you an invoice based on the hanging weight of your beef minus your deposit amount.
You will then work directly with the processor to select how you want your beef cut and packaged. They will call you to make your selections (we are happy to assist you in this process). Once your beef is ready for pick up, you will pay the processor directly for their portion.
From there, The Bruce Farm will pick up your packaged beef and you can pick up at our farm or we can arrange for delivery.
Payment for the remaining balance to The Bruce Farm is due at pick up in cash or by check.
